behalf of BLG, David Hotes brings a wealth of transactional and
tax planning experience to the Firm, derived from his prior work
experience as a CPA for a Big Six Firm and as a business and transactional
lawyer for several large downtown firms. Throughout his career,
Mr. Hotes has focused his practice on counseling clients with regard
to planning and structuring their commercial and business transactions
to achieve his clients' goals while minimizing the legal risks and
tax implications thereof. At BLG, Mr. Hotes leverages his sophistication
and background to serve as general outside counsel on behalf of
a variety of businesses and professionals throughout the DC Metro
area.
